This project arises from an agreement signed between the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the International Organisation for the French-speaking world in Quebec in 2008.
The aim of the project is to finance actions focused on the sustainable and integrated management of water resources and the fight against desertification and to strengthen the capacity of the local players involved in water resource management.
The issues dealt with are the preservation of water resources, the treatment of waste water and sanitation systems.
