Drinking water supply for the Fiopko suburbs

2008 - 2009

The aim of the drinking water supply project for the Fiokpo suburbs is to address the drinking water needs of the population, whilst at the same time maintaining the quality of the natural systems housing the sources.

The goal is to provide 30 litres of safe drinking water per day and per inhabitant, in accordance with the guidelines of the International Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Decade (IDWSSD).

Localisation: 130 km from Lomé, the capital of Togo to the south west of the Plateaux Region. The Fiokpo region groups together the villages of Gbalave Ahoundjo, Gbalave Aveno, Gbalave Tchadome, Gbalave Volove, Kpadape, Wome, Klomayondi, Yeviepe, Sevenokope and Nyive.
